I will start by saying that after only 2.5 months of purchasing a Jeep at Cape Coral Jeep, I felt the need to change my vehicle. Nothing was wrong with the Jeep, but it’s not what I wanted. Found a used car here on CarGurus.com. Texting the dealer from the ad on that website put me in touch with Kyle, our salesperson. Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable and personable, a good communicator and no pressure at all. Same goes for Chris, the finance manager. Negotiation was easy and straightforward with none of that silly "that's our price, take it or leave it" nonsense (which I guess some customers prefer nowadays). My only quibbles: I was told the tires had more than half tread... but in reality they were all at 3/32 & 4/32 ...

Chance was absolutely amazing. We bought a Jeep and a Ram 1500 from him in a one week period. He is very professional and patient and wants the best for his customers. Found a car online went to look at it Mike and Christian took real good care of me had issues with my credit they worked with me for like 4 hours to get me in the car I wanted. Didn't try and upsell me with the things I didn't need gave me good advice on refinancing in the future definitely would tell anyone they are who to go to
My 27-year-old Jeep Cherokee received significant rehabs: a rebuilt rear axle and replacements or service to aged parts. The grinding, whining noises, and an oil leak are gone. This cleaned-up vehicle is a delight to have back in service. Ernesto Lopez prepared detailed estimates so I could follow what would be, and what was done, making clear what the total costs were. It appears that the work was distributed to the mechanics best suited for particular tasks. This Service Advisor kept his word and was pleasant to work with.

Sales experience was good. Should have asked for at least a 30 day warranty. Starter has a dead spot and occasionally the starter won't engage till you turn on the ignition multiple times.

Sales staff was very nice. Stated on the paperwork that vehicle was serviced. When I got home and checked the oil it was a quart down. I was charged for that service and had to add oil the day after I bought it home. Not sure I would trust them buying another vehicle.

Purchasing a vehicle from the state of GA and Paul Smirnov was a delight to work with. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE MANAGER, SHEA PARRISH is a completely RUDE, uncaring, unprofessional and was extremely toxic to his staff. I have been dealing with this dealership for excess of 12 years. Liam and the financing department were FANTASTIC!! They helped me get out of my upside down car and into a new Pacifica. They took a lot off the price and gave me much more for my trade in to help get rid of my negative equity!
