After having some time to think about my purchase and everything that happened, I’ve decided to change my review. I’m not trying to be harsh or unfair; I’m simply being honest about how I feel after having time to really consider the deal. I keep receiving emails and flyers congratulating me on my “brand-new” truck. Every time I receive one, it reminds me that, technically, the truck I purchased had 4,300 miles on it and already had wear and tear. It had scratches on the interior, scratches on the exterior, and dents in the bed. Yes, I understand it was considered a new vehicle because of how it was titled and sold, but from a buyer’s perspective, 4,300 miles and visible wear make it feel more like a slightly used truck than a brand-new one. I paid over $59,000 for the truck. The dealership did agree to take care of some of the dents, and I do appreciate that. They also gave me more for my trade, which helped with the overall numbers. However, after having time to look back at everything, I still feel like I could have gotten a better deal. What bothers me most is that, for a vehicle being presented as “brand-new,” I wasn’t offered anything like complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, or other service incentives. Considering the amount of money I spent and the fact that the truck already had 4,300 miles and noticeable wear, I feel like there should have been more consideration given to the condition of the vehicle or some additional value included in the deal. I’m happy with the truck itself, and I appreciate the people who helped me during the purchase. My issue is with the overall deal. Looking back, I feel like I may have focused too much on the trade value and the monthly numbers and not enough on the actual condition and overall price of the truck. I’m not saying anyone intentionally took advantage of me, but after having time to think about it, I can’t shake the feeling that I could have gotten a better deal. I’m sharing this review because I believe it’s important to be honest about the entire experience—not just the parts that went well. And on top of that there was a missing part that I paid out of pocket cause I didn’t feel like chasing anyone

We were absolutely pleased with the results and service. Andrew(salesman) had texted and called me several times to work a deal without stepping foot on the lot. We made an appointment for them to inspect my trade and possibly purchase of new vehicle. No BS and a deal was made. Thank you! We will definitely purchase another vehicle from your dealership again! We liked our salesman Clifton Green! During our long visit we thought we were on a roller coaster ride. Finance guy would say one thing and then turn around and say another! He called it a human mistake, I call it something other. Too many steps to be a mistake. Thank You for helping us out of a difficult situation! Everyone was Very Kind and you all seem to be a Family. I picked out the vehicle 2 weeks ago and asked them to send me an out the door price, they did. I was out of the country for a week and they did not torment me and respected that I only wanted to deal with them via email and text. I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and worked with Martin Villarreal. What a fantastic experience working with him. No pressure, he took his time with me and my wife. He made sure all of our questions were answered. After the purchase he walked us through all of the options on the Jeep. In this day and age when customer service is lacking, Martin went above and beyond. We look forward to long relationship with Gettel all because of Martin.

Elsa is a great advisor, super polite and respectful as well as informative I only come here to get my oil changes taken care of as well as the recalls on my 2026 ram 1500. I’m super meticulous and erotic and Elsa make sure that everything is indicated on the work order.

My husband and I went in late in the day to look at trucks at Gettel Ram, not realizing they would be closing soon, Cam was more than willing to help us. Before we realized it, it well after their closing time. With the help Cam, Cory and David we drove away with a new Ram.

Great experience and overall good pricing. Our service advisor Noelle was great and her communication was top notch. We have been to many other Jeep dealers in the SWFL area for service over the years and had received sub par service/issues after getting the car back. Both my husband and I got our jeeps serviced here and it was like a breath of fresh air compared to other places. Thank you so much, worth the drive for us!

Les was great and the purchase process was quick. Only critique is I called twice regarding the temp plate expiring and no one ever returned my call. That was disappointing.

Took my vehicle for service. Noel was the Service Advisor. Told me untrue things. Said vehicle would be ready on three different days only to have it not ready. Did arrange for a rental for me that Gettel paid for. Although Noel said she was paying for it out of her pocket but then said that Lane Manger wouldn't approve it after so many days. Told me that the AC regeneration system would need to be replaced. After speaking with person doing the work it was the AC evaporator coil that needed to be replaced. Very labor intense according to Noel 10 hours that then turned into 11 hours of labor. Took eight days to get my vehicle back. If parts had to be ordered or I was told it would be a week to fix than it wouldn't have been problematic. Very dissatisfied. Price to complete all the work I needed done including AC repair was over $5,500 and when I declined work Noel came down to $3,200.. Pretty sketchy

Mike just sold us our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great experience! Especially compared to other dealerships we have been to in the past. The fee's to buy a car there are outrageous. Dealer and over inflated filing & license fee's. Next time ill go out of state and save the $2,000 plus and do a road trip with a new car.

I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. The purchase itself went smoothly, and I had no complaints with the sales process. My only issue was with the detailing. The dealership closed before it could be done, despite me being there for hours, which I understood. I came back another day as requested, waited over an hour and a half, and when I got the vehicle back it was clear it had not been properly detailed. That part was very disappointing, especially after making another long trip. Overall, the buying experience was good, but the follow through on the detailing did not match the level of service I expected. I feel a little disrespected to be honest. I don't know if it's because the car was already sold so it wasn't important to them or they just thought only sticker residue needed to be removed but it definitely wasn't even close to what a detail should be. I wish I would've inspected it closer to let someone know before I left the lot.

I had a really good experience (overall) buying a vehicle from Gettel. I was texting back and forth for a month with Jen looking for something that fit my needs and budget. Finally when I drove from Naples to look at it, I was introduced to Michael McLaughlin who was really smart and slick but it is always better to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase and I have a good vehicle for the price I paid.

My salesman, less, was very knowledgeable and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. Initially, we were unable to work out a deal, but he called me back the next day and said that after her talking with management, they were gonna be able to meet my price. To purchase a vehicle and he presented it to the management desk when he came back he was upset and he said I’m not sure what happened but this is where they’re at and they were $$3000 over what we agreed on. I have even asked him, this is all set. I’m not being called up here for a third time for mistake. Am I? He said nope we’re good to go, but unfortunately we were not. I almost walked out due to principal alone when the manager came running over and tried to explain to me while I thought this and while I thought that and making excuses. Ultimately, he did come down a little bit on the price and it’s the one and only vehicle that I wanted and one and only within 100 miles of where I live so I bought it. Love the vehicle but just hate the games of the big name dealerships. Still waiting on a second key that I was promised on the deal as well and after several attempts for the salesman, I still haven’t heard anything about having the second key made or having any arrangements to have it made. Overall, very satisfied with the vehicle still just a little frustrated with all the happenings prior to the final deal being made and the fact they haven’t provided the second key yet.
