My husband and I went in late in the day to look at trucks at Gettel Ram, not realizing they would be closing soon, Cam was more than willing to help us. Before we realized it, it well after their closing time. With the help Cam, Cory and David we drove away with a new Ram.

From pre purchase negotiation to post sale he was respectful and courteous. Dave (I believe) in the finance office was also very nice and not pushy. Great experience and overall good pricing. Our service advisor Noelle was great and her communication was top notch. We have been to many other Jeep dealers in the SWFL area for service over the years and had received sub par service/issues after getting the car back. Well, Clifton was great 👍 We purchased prr owned Wagoneer after renting one for vacation.
He did very well with the price, then asked of we didn't mind waiting he would get it detailed even though it was pretty clean already. When we left it looked like it rolled right out of the plant.
We typically don't purchase extras but this time we got prepaid oil changes which turned out to be a great value. They only use synthetic and it turns out to be very convenient which led us to get other recommended services.

Les was great and the purchase process was quick. Only critique is I called twice regarding the temp plate expiring and no one ever returned my call. That was disappointing.

Took my vehicle for service. Noel was the Service Advisor. Told me untrue things. Said vehicle would be ready on three different days only to have it not ready. Did arrange for a rental for me that Gettel paid for. Although Noel said she was paying for it out of her pocket but then said that Lane Manger wouldn't approve it after so many days. Mike just sold us our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great experience! Especially compared to other dealerships we have been to in the past. The fee's to buy a car there are outrageous. Dealer and over inflated filing & license fee's. Next time ill go out of state and save the $2,000 plus and do a road trip with a new car.

I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. Simple oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour 45 minutes and that was with an appointment. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes just to get written up and there was no one in front of me. Another 1.5 hours to complete the work. I do these in my driveway in 25 minutes including topping off all fluids and checking / replacing the air filter, and I'm 72 and laying on the ground to perform the task. I had a really good experience (overall) buying a vehicle from Gettel. I was texting back and forth for a month with Jen looking for something that fit my needs and budget. Finally when I drove from Naples to look at it, I was introduced to Michael McLaughlin who was really smart and slick but it is always better to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase and I have a good vehicle for the price I paid.

One of the best car buying experiences. I didnt feel like I was getting scammed, no one was rude or pushy like most dealerships.
