Took my vehicle for service. Noel was the Service Advisor. Told me untrue things. Said vehicle would be ready on three different days only to have it not ready. Did arrange for a rental for me that Gettel paid for. Although Noel said she was paying for it out of her pocket but then said that Lane Manger wouldn't approve it after so many days. Mike just sold us our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great experience! Especially compared to other dealerships we have been to in the past. He wasn’t pushy at all and we actually enjoyed the buying process which we never usually do. We will definitely be back to see him when it’s time for the next one

The fee's to buy a car there are outrageous. Dealer and over inflated filing & license fee's. Next time ill go out of state and save the $2,000 plus and do a road trip with a new car.

I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. The purchase itself went smoothly, and I had no complaints with the sales process. My only issue was with the detailing. Simple oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour 45 minutes and that was with an appointment. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes just to get written up and there was no one in front of me. Another 1.5 hours to complete the work. I do these in my driveway in 25 minutes including topping off all fluids and checking / replacing the air filter, and I'm 72 and laying on the ground to perform the task. I had a really good experience (overall) buying a vehicle from Gettel. I was texting back and forth for a month with Jen looking for something that fit my needs and budget. Finally when I drove from Naples to look at it, I was introduced to Michael McLaughlin who was really smart and slick but it is always better to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase and I have a good vehicle for the price I paid.

One of the best car buying experiences. I didnt feel like I was getting scammed, no one was rude or pushy like most dealerships. I highly recommend Mikey as a sales associate, he was very knowledgeable of the options for packages. Jexson was great at representing the warranty options and wasn't pushy, just presented it very well. Will refer friends here and would do business with them again!

Great experience purchasing my 2020 Jeep Wrangler from initial inquiry to the ringing of the purchase bell. The salesman, Les Hassen was very accommodating, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. They were supportive of my budget without being pushy, which made the process much less stressful. Scheduled a recall service.‘s service was super easy and quick, and the service department got me in and out in no time
No one in service department will answer phone, voicemails, or written messages. Impossible to find out what is going on or status of vehicle. This includes service manager and service customer representatives. Took three days to get an answer. When received vehicle invoice noticed that my vehicle mileage was wrong, not even close. So any warranty on the part replaced would have been refused.

Make sure you get everything promised to you in writing. I purchased a used vehicle here and gave up trying to get all the things I was promised. I should have trusted all the negative reviews I’ve heard about this dealership, they were all true. A spare tire, a fix of two issues with the vehicle, seat covers (I was only given front ones). I was promised these things to get me out the door, once I bought the vehicle it was crickets. Editing to add that the issues were ultimately resolved by Gettel.
